Would you like to honor your beloved pet’s presence with a very special piece of textile art?
Our pets are special beings. What makes them exceptional is not only their companionship but also their unique personalities each of them is a person in a way. All of them have their own personal preferences, just like humans. In this commission, i offer to transform your pet into a part of a fantastical, meticulously crafted hand embroidered artwork that highlights their unique traits.
What Do the Pieces Cover?
Each pet character features a highly detailed, realistic hand-embroidered portrait paired with a custom-designed outfit made from a variety of textile elements, including sequins, beads, patterned fabrics, and diverse embroidery techniques. These hand embroidered characters are turned into appliqués that sit as layered, three-dimensional components on the piece, set against a fabric collage background composed of solid and patterned fabrics.
One Pet Commission:
In this type of commission, i will create a piece that features your pet as a character, portrayed through a realistic portrait adorned in clothing that aligns with the chosen theme or character.The composition will be based on your pet’s unique personality, telling a story about who they are.
Two Pet Commission:
If you have two pets that share a bond, i can create a piece that highlights their friendship, stitched within a single composition. The concept can center around something they do together or an element that emphasizes their companionship.
Three Pet Commission:
If you’d like to include three pets in a single artwork, i can stitch all of them within one composition. The concept can focus on a shared memory, a common theme, or any element that connects them.
Please note: Pieces featuring two or three pets work best when the pets actually get along, love living together, and share a genuine connection. Because these compositions are designed to celebrate their unique bond, togetherness, and shared story, having a fond relationship between them makes for the most heartwarming piece.
If your pets do not get along, please consider ordering individual single-pet commissions for each of them instead.
Important Shop Policy
All sales are final. Due to the labor-intensive nature of hand embroidery, all payments cover the time, skill, and detailed labor invested in each piece; therefore, refunds cannot be issued.
Please note that revisions or adjustments to the embroidered work cannot be made once individual elements such as pet characters or the final piece have been completed, as this impacts the production schedule. However, additional elements may be added after completion upon request, subject to an extra fee depending on the scope of the addition.
Steps to Follow After Placing Your Order:
1. Share Their Story (Please respond within 1 week of ordering)
(Please note; since i accept a few commissions with each shop update, I process them in the order I receive the clients' emails.)
- Once you place your order, please reply to your confirmation email and tell me all about your pet! I’d love to know what makes them uniquely them:
- What is their personality, unique quirks, and favorite activities?
- What do they love, dislike, or prefer?
- Is there a specific memory, behavior, or habit that captures who they truly are?
Example: I live with two of my cats and each of them have different characteristics. My cat Link gets easily disturbed by loud noises and doesn’t get calm for a while so I imagine his character as a librarian in a cozy library. My other cat Guppy loves to tidy up his litter box with immense care, uses his paws very slowly to do that, trims the litter as if he’s trimming the dirt with a garden trimmer, which always makes me imagine him as a Zen gardener mindfully and peacefully trimming his sand garden.
These examples show how I interpret stories and situations. Through this approach, I translate your pet’s unique personality into a whimsical, hand embroidered piece that honors who they are.
2. Send Reference Photos
Attach a few clear, high-quality photos of your pet taken from different angles and natural lighting. (Check your inbox right after checkout—a quick photography tutorial will automatically arrive to help you take the best photos of your pet!)
3. Sketch Review
Once i receive the information, i will create a preliminary sketch of the composition. If you approve it, i will begin the embroidery work.
The commission covers up to two sketch presentations (initial draft + one revision). Any additional sketch and new idea requested after the second round is subject to an extra charge of $150 per sketch and idea.

Please ONLY PLACE AN ORDER if you are FLEXIBLE with the final outcome and excited to see my personal artistic vision. This commission is an intuitive, creative interpretation of your pet's spirit rather than a strictly predefined or made-to-order piece,
- Technique, material selection and color palettes are determined during the making process as i make it up as i go and selecting embroidery stitches, techniques, or materials such as fabric is strictly an artistic decision. Due to working with variety of materials such as threads, beads, sequins and fabrics; colors and textures evolve organically. Color palettes cannot be pre-selected or customized upon request. Colors unfold naturally during the making process, so I ask for your trust in my visual choices.

Please do not suggest, specify, or request particular clothing items or outfits for your pet. Clothing decisions are made entirely in alignment with the composition and story. Each outfit is a unique piece, embroidered using a variety of fabrics, beads, sequins, and selecting these involves an artistic decision tailored to each piece.

No famous landmarks, specific real-life locations, or corporate/brand/football or any sports team or music band logos will be incorporated. To protect the whimsy in these pieces all background compositions take place in unique, fantastic worlds.

Every pet has a distinct character. I do not reproduce past commission designs. Each artwork receives an original composition.
Timeline:The process can take up to six months, so if you need the piece by a specific date, let me know. I can prioritize your commission for an additional fee of $250.
Shipping:I ship worldwide through FedEx and it takes maximum 1 week to arrive all around the world.
