Processing and dispatch

Prints and finished artwork can take up to one week to dispatch. For commissioned work, this dispatch period begins after the piece is finished.

Pet commission production

Hand-embroidered pet commissions can take up to six months to complete, depending on workload. Commissions are completed in shop-update batches, alongside other artwork and embroidery courses. Production time is separate from dispatch and shipping transit time.

Shipping transit estimates

United States: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

International: 10–21 business days after dispatch.
