Refund policy

Hand-Embroidered Items: Due to the bespoke and labor-intensive nature of our hand-embroidered products many of which require up to or over 100 hours of detailed work all embroidery sales are final. Once work has commenced or an order is placed, i cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, as time, materials, and labor have already been dedicated to the piece.

Art Prints: All sales of art prints are final. I do not accept returns or refunds on print orders.
